Tapadado Gramacho is an under architecture restored Portuguese farm on 7 hectares of land bordering the river Arade near the historical village of Silves. It's uniquely situated in a nature and bird watching area. Tapada do Gramacho offers you the feeling of an old Portuguese farm with modern comfort and luxury. All set up in a peaceful place full of rest, space and nature, nevertheless near everything to what the Algarve has to offer, like beaches, golf courses, restaurants, cities etc. It's all within 10 minutes drive. Also perfect for groups up to 24 people. Ideal for Golf or business groups, families, courses, events, etc.
There are 3 comfortable self catering apartments and 6 B&B suites with surprising funky topics, very comfortable box spring beds, luxurious bathrooms with rain showers. Some of the rooms have a French balcony with beautiful views over the fields and river Arade. Other rooms are situated at the gardens having a private entrance and terrace.

how to find the property:

1. From the airport, take the A22 motorway towards Lagos and Portimão.
2. From this A22 (or IC4) take the exit N124-1 direction Silves.
3. Once on the N124-1, before you have reached Silves, take the exit "Estaçao".
4. At the first roundabout, go right (the first exit).
5. At the second roundabout, go straight (1st exit) and direction Arrochela/Estombar.
6. You are now on a poorly paved road. At the moment the road surface changes into a better quality and you see the lines on it, drive another 1.1 km before you reach the sharp exit to the right towards an unpaved track.
7. The exit to Tapada do Gramacho is identified by a STOP sign with 3 large stones below. Turn right here and follow the dirt road.8. After about 700 m on the dirt road you we will welcome you at Tapada do Gramacho!
