Villa Sofia
This brand new modern Vila is located in a quiet residential area in Portimão, near Alvor one of the most important tourist locations in the Algarve and is ideal for golfers and holidaymakers alike.
Superb sandy beaches are a few minutes away as well as several excellent facilities and some of the best golf courses in the Algarve.

The Villa is attractively decorated and furnished throughout with 3 floors: big garage, ground and first floor. Accommodates up to 6 persons in single or double rooms.
Total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite)
The ground floor room can accommodate a couple or 2 people in 2 separate beds.
Bathroom just in front
At your disposal you have a spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped as follows:

Living and dinning room
As your comfort is definitively our priority. There is a comfortable and spacious living/ dinning room with fireplace for winter use, cable TV and DVD.
The living and dining room has several window doors with electric shades leading to a large covered terrace and nice garden
There is a barbecue area in the garden which is ideal for grills.
Total privacy and security are assured as the plot is totally fenced.

First Floor
On the first floor there are two excellent rooms, both with private bathroom for full comfort and privacy.
The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished with king-size bed and a patio door leading to a huge terrace.
The second room, very modern and decorated in blue, also has an en-suite bathroom. This room accommodated 2 people in separate bed or a couple in a king-size bed.
From the balcony, facing North, the beautiful hills from Monchique can be seen.
