The villa is in a brand new private gated condominium of only 25 houses set around the two pool's in landscaped gardens. The villa has been designed and furnished to very high specifications with all modern amenities. The accommodation is situated on two floors in a typical modern town house style. It is an end town house making it very quiet and secluded whilst having the communal pools and barbecue area close at hand.
The villa is ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing stay for couples and friends. The villa has everything you might need and more, we regard it as our second home and have provided everything you might want to make your stay a pleasant experience.
The close proximity to everything from the Algarve Shopping experience to the golf courses and water parks means everyone's needs can be met. Albufeiria with its lively night life is less than ten minutes and easily accessible by car, bus and taxi.
